The Lovely Letter Co. started with one simple idea: the world deserves better cards. Check out this note from founder Lizzi to discover more about this local Cleveland company.

When I lost my sister, the cards that arrived were kind — but they missed the mark. Each person meant well, but they all felt rehearsed and generic. So, I started making my own.

I started designing the kind of cards that people would actually want to keep. The kind that would actually connect with people and meet them where they are. Ones that they'd hang on their fridge instead of throwing in the trash.

And the more I designed, the more I realized how many moments deserved better — grief, joy, hope, hard seasons, and everything in between.

The Lovely Letter Co. began with a personal loss. Today it's grown into something much bigger. Whatever moment brought you here, my hope is that you leave with something worth keeping.
