The Legacy of the Lowe Brothers

Lowe Brothers Paints/Rocky River Hardware Co. is one of the many tenants that used to occupy the store front where our featured neighbor, Paper Trails, currently resides.

As you can see, competition was tough as Ingersoll Hardware, a mainstay in the Rocky River Community for many years, was selling Glidden Paints just across the street!
